Bicom offers a one-year warranty for our vending machines and spare parts. If you need faster assistance, we recommend purchasing a spare parts kit.
In case of an emergency, Bicom vending machines are equipped with Internet connectivity, allowing our technicians to remotely access and assist our clients. In addition, customers can request technical training for their technicians, which is included in the purchase price of the vending machine.
All Bicom vending machines are made in Italy.

Our cloud management system, B-Cloud, allows customers to manage all of their vending machines from an Internet portal. This includes monitoring inventory, sales, and other data.
Bicom produces and markets two models: Mida, which heats up ready-made dishes before dispensing them, and M1, which dispenses ready-made dishes.
It takes about 90 seconds on average to heat up a ready-made dish.
